Florentine Filigree Layered Die Cut Card

Florentine Filigree Bundle, Stampin' Up!, Rick Adkins
I shared during my Facebook Live how to create a layered look with just the one thinlit.  I just had to cut it a couple times and do a little cutting to make everything fit.  For the exact how to you can watch the video of the replay to learn how.  Once you see the video it's extremely easy.  This is one of my favorite types of cards something that looks really complicated but once you see it it's quite easy.

Video Tutorial:

It just requires a little time to get a great look.  This video like most of mine are unedited because I feel you should see every mistake and how to fix them instead of the perfect video where no one makes a mistake.  I will tell you that one of the best things that you will need to make this card is the Multipurpose adhesive sheets to attach to your cardstock first before die cutting.  It will make it so much easier.

Sadly the Lovely Lipstick Foil sheets (along with the Grapefruit Grove ones) has sold out and is no longer available as a Saleabration item.  But that's totally okay because you really don't have to have it to create this card.  You can totally use cardstock or any other color foil.

Thanks for dropping bye today I hope that you have enjoyed my post and project for today.  If you are wondering when I am live on Facebook.  I'm live on Facebook every Wednesday at 8 pm CST and on YouTube every Tuesday afternoon at 4 pm CST.  So you can catch me live tonight on Facebook by clicking here.  If you would like to recreate my projects you can pick up all the supplies you need in my online store.  You can click the shopping button below or pick the items from my shopping list.

Because Adulting is Hard featuring Hello Cupcake and the Call me Cupcake Framelits

Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am going to share with you a card that I create during last weeks YouTube Live.  I go live on my YouTube Channel every Tuesday at 4:00 pm CST, with a new project.  During last weeks episode I used the Hello Cupcake stamp set and a few other Saleabration items, plus the Call me Cupcake Framelit dies which are part of the Saleabration Coordination products that can be purchased.  Here's a look at my Card.

For the card I used showed how to add extra texture to your stamped images by stamping on your designer series paper.  This allows for more texture and additional colors without a lot of work.  I used the Stamparatus to stamp my images.  This allowed me to double stamp and triple stamp the images as need with perfect placement each time.  You will see what I am talking about in the video tutorial.

You can catch me live each week by clicking here and subscribing to my channel.

For the top folding card I placed everything on the right hand side of the card base.  While on the side folding card I placed the pieces on the left hand side.

You can earn the Saleabration items for FREE based on your purchases.  We are in the last month of Saleabration so I would recommend that you take advantage of all the free Saleabration items that you can earn.  You can find the full list of supplies in the Stampin' Up! Shopping List below.

Kylie's International Blog Highlights

Hello and welcome to my blog; my second post for today is part of Kylie's International Blog Highlights.  Please take a few minutes and vote for my card.  Speaking of which I created a little watercolor card.  I used the All That You Are stamp Set for my card.  Here's a little look at it.

I started out by stamping the largest flower twice on a piece of watercolor cardstock.  Next I stamped about five of the additional flowers from the stamp set.  Once I had everything stamped I started the watercoloring process.  Building up layer after layer until I had the desired hues and tones.

After everything was dried I painted the background with a blue shade and set the card front to the side to dry.  While this was drying I used the Frosted Bouquet framelits and cut out the medium flowers.  Once everything was cut out I take a piece of vellum cardstock and heat embossed my sentiment on it using copper embossing powder.  I then added the card front to a piece of Flirty Flamingo Cardstock and attached it to a Thick Whisper White Card base after wrapping my vellum sentiment on the front.  At this point I could come back and attach the other flowers using stampin' dimensionals around the sentiment and other flowers.  To finish off the card I added a few Glitter Enamel dots.

Thanks for dropping by you can view the other cards for this month's International Highlights by clicking here.  You can also vote for my card there also.
