Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am sharing a super cute little Valentine's Day Card that I made using the Awesome Otters Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set and a few other supplies. Here's a look at the card.
I started out making this card by knowing that I wanted to use the Awesome Otters Stamp Set; spend $50 or more to get this exclusive Sale-A-Bration (January 4, 2022 - February 28, 2022) item for FREE! You can select your FREE items at checkout. The adorable, endearing otter images and cheerful sentiments make perfect greeting cards for children and adults alike. Make these little critters really stand out by using your Stampin' Blends or Watercolor Pencils to color and customize the open line-art images. I used four of the NEW Natural Tones Stampin' Blends: I will have more details on these and a few other new products that will be coming out in February soon. These otters are cute enough to stand alone or you can stamp several together, then add a water texture background for a fun, frolicking otter scene. Create cute birthday cards and celebrate others using the stamps from the Awesome Otters Stamp Set. To create other cards using this set you can use sentiments from other stamp sets; like I did today.
I used sentiments from the Banner Year Stamp Set (on the outside) and Sweet Conversations Stamp Set (for the inside). When you use sentiments and images from other stamp sets this allows you to stretch your supplies. This allows you to get more bang for your buck. As far as the colors and other supplies I used I picked them from the Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper.

There are infinite ways to express love, and the Sweet Talk 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper ensures the perfect patterns. This pack of DSP offers a variety of patterns that will allow you to create your own expression. Many of the patterns in the Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper features hearts (of course!), but you'll also find versatile patterns such as stripes and polka dots that can be used any time for any occasion.
To embellish my card I decided to use some stitched die cut hearts cut from Real Red Cardstock. I used three of the heart dies from the Give It A Whirl Dies. These dies include all the images you need to create the card, rotating wheel, and images to go on the wheel; plus you can use the smaller images as I did on this project as accents. Also decided to use the red and white stitched trim from the Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack to add a little more texture to the card. I added a little sparkle to the cards and a little shine to each of the die cut hearts by adding a Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to each. These gems are the perfect finishing touch for any project. You can use them to add glamour and shine to your projects just like I did today. The Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels are one of my new favorite embellishments from this catalog.
