Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am going to share with you a card using the Awesome Otters Stamp Set and the Simply Marbleous Designer Series Paper. Both of which are level one Sale-A-Bration items. I am also going to share with you in today's post how to create a Basic Gray blend with some Stampin' Blends. Here's a look at today's card.

Simply Marbleous:

The Simply Marbleous 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper allows you to customize your projects with soft, pastel, realistic marble imagery. One side reveals a more realistic marble and the other a more artistic marbled look.

This pack of Sale-A-Bration designer series paper contains 48 sheets with 8 each of 6 double-sided designs. Some of the coordinating colors include Balmy Blue, Misty Moonlight, Bumblebee, So Saffron, Coastal Cabana, Pool Party, Basic Gray, Smoky Slate, and more.

Perfect Pairings:

When you pair the Awesome Otters Stamp Set with Simply Marbleous Designer Series Paper you can end up with the illusion of an ocean, lake, or other body of water background.

Creating a Basic Gray Blend:

One of the best things about Stampin' Blends is that you can blend similar colors together to create another color. This brings me to my quick tip.

If you use a Dark Smoky Slate Stampin' Blend as the lightest color; then use the Light Basic Black Stampin' Blends as the darkest color. Blend the two together you can create a color that looks like Basic Gray.
