Hello and welcome to my blog; today I have a cute card for you. I made this card with one of the backgrounds that I made using the off set stamping technique I shared with you yesterday on my YouTube Channel and on my Facebook Live on Tuesday. I turned it into this stunner!
Tips & Tricks:
When doing the off set stamping technique it's so much easier to do it with a stamp positioner tool, like the Stamparatus for example. You can use the gridlines to reposition your background stamp to ink up the image in the second color and stamping again. For example with our card today I stamped in Highland Heather Ink first and then moved the Purple Posy Cardstock up and over one row and column before stamping the same image in White Craft Ink. .
Say you want a little more texture than what your first off set stamping gave you. You can always reposition it and stamp again. Besides if you mess up it's only cardstock and there's two sides. Before moving on with you card design you will either have to heat set the White Craft Ink or let it dry over night. After the panel is dry you can create anything your little heart desires at that point.
To finish off my card I stamped the hydrangea in Tuxedo Black Ink and used the two solid images to stamp the leaves stem and flower colors in Highland Heather and Mossy Meadow. I stamped the sentiment in Highland Heather Ink onto a piece of Basic White Cardstock and punched it out with the Essential Tag Punch adding it to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. I then die cut a some of the hydrangea petals from Purple Posy Cardstock and added them to the card with Mini Glue Dots along with a few Pastel Pearls. Thanks for dropping by today I hope you have a wonderful day and as a reminder if you need any of the supplies you have seen today you can pick them up in my online store by clicking on the items in the Stampin' Up!
