Shark Frenzy Godiva Treat Box - Treat Week 2021 Day 3 ~ Rick Adkins

Hello and welcome to my blog; today is day three of Threat Week 2021. If you are unfamiliar with Treat Week. Each day this week I will be bringing you a new treat project using new products from the January-June Mini and Sale-a-Bration brochure. Today's project features the Shark Frenzy Bundle from the January-June Mini Catalog; which can be found on page 46. Here's a look at today's project.

Today's project is a super cute little project that holds two Godiva Mini Treats. I found these treats at Walgreens but I am sure you could find them other places as well. Walgreens in my area always have some of best treats that are hard to find in other places. This is one of those great treat holders that only uses few supplies. I recreated this project last night for my weekly Facebook Live.

Tips & Tricks:

I am not going to kid you this super simple project turned out to be one of the most difficult ones to figure out when I sat down and designed all the projects for Treat Week 2021 this past week. I designed this one project like four different times. Each time I designed it I had something off just slightly each time. It always amazes me that the simpler the project the more difficult it can be. I used just shy of a 6" x 6" piece of designer series paper to make this project.

But once I got it all figured out it turned out super cute. And it goes great with my Shark Frenzy Bundle Class that opened up for registration the other day. I personally think of Jabber Jaws the 70's cartoon from Hanna Barbara when I look at the sharks in this stamp set. Which is probably one of the reasons I was attracted to it. It brings me back to my childhood. I also think that the Seaside Shells embellishments are a fun little playful element to add to this little treat holder.
