Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am going to share with you a fun little card using the Lots of Hearts Bundle from the January-June Mini Catalog. There's nothing better than to let someone know how much they make your heart smile and this is the perfect card to show just that. Here's a look at my card.
Valentine's Day is coming up in a couple of weeks and I thought today would be the perfect day to share a card idea with you using some products that could be used for Valentine's Day or just to send a friend a card to let them know how much you appreciate and care for them. And the Lot's of Hearts Bundle was perfect to use for this card.
I just got this bundle in a couple of weeks ago. I had been thinking about getting it during the Demonstrator Preorder of the January-June Mini Catalog but decided I wanted something else instead. Well, I still had this set on my mind ever scene then and decided to get it and I am so glad that I did. I had started seeing some really cute samples with it by others and decided that I needed it in my life. My first thought was yes it's a cute set but do I need another heart stamp and die set? As you can tell by seeing the samples online from others I decided that I did.
The
Lots of Heart Bundle includes the Lots of Heart Stamp Set and the Many Hearts Dies. The Lots of Heart Stamp Set offers the perfect images and sentiments to express love and friendship! The stamp set contains 11 photopolymer stamps. The suggested clear blocks (sold separately) that you will need with this stamp set are; b, d, g, I. Your projects will be all heart with the variety of hearts in the Many Hearts Dies. Create hearts for focal points on cards, make heart-shaped confetti, or choose from a few borders. The Many Hearts Dies contains 15 dies with the largest die measuring: 3-1/16" x 3-3/8" (7.8 x 8.6 cm) so you can see it's a pretty big heart die.
I actually stamped the buffalo checked heart onto a piece of the Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper and cut it out using one of the dies. I then cut out the stitched scalloped heart from Basic White Cardstock as the layering piece. I then embossed the Rococo Rose piece of Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper with one of the dies from the die set and my Silicone Craft Sheet.
I finished off the card by using a leftover piece of the
Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper for my sentiment. And added a few white
