Blogging Friends Blog Hop - Memories of Christmas Past ~ Rick Adkins

Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am going to share with you my post for this month's Blogging Friends Blog Hop. Our Theme this month is Memories of Christmas Past. This theme can be accomplished in so many different ways. You could create a card, recreate a card you made years ago or be more literal.

I on the other hand was a little more literal in my interpretation of this month's theme. I decided to go ahead and do my Christmas Scrapbook this year ahead of time. I used the Wonder of the Season Memory & More Cards to create this years pocket pages. I used one of the Basic Black 6x8 Album and the 6x8 Variety Pocket Pages to create the scrapbook pages.

Memories of Christmas Past for the December Blogging Friends Blog Hop 2020

I started my album with the opening page. I used a piece of Cherry Cobbler Cardstock and some of the Wonder of the Season Speciality Designer Series Paper. I used one of the 4x6 cards that I matted along with a sentiment sticker from the card kit and a bow made from the Wonder of the Season Ribbon Combo Pack. I attached the bow with a Mini Glue Dot. I also added a few of the Wonderful Gems to the title page.

On the back of the title page I added a place to add a photograph. One the next few pages I added some of the 4x6 card, 3x4 cards as well as journaling cards, and plain cardstock pieces to act as mats for my photos.

Now all I have to do is add in my photos to the empty pockets. In each of the pocket pages I added some of the elements from the Wonder of the Season Card Pack. I love to create pocket pages to do my memory keeping with. I have a list of all the items that I used below. I hope that you have a great time hopping around.
