I started out by stamping the rose. The rose stamp is a three step stamp. I used Pineapple Punch, Daffodil Delight, & Crushed Curry to stamp it. For the leaves I used Soft Sea foam, Pear Pizzazz, and Old Olive for the leaves. I love the dimension that you get from the three different colors.
I added a piece of the Garden Lane designer series paper to the background. I cut four of the happy words from the Well Said Bundle one one from Daffodil Delight Cardstock. If you want to save want to save 10% on this stamp and die bundle you need to do so now; when they hit the new catalog the bundle price will no longer be available. You can only get them separate. This is how it is with every catalog; bundles are only bundled together during the life of that particular catalog.
Thanks for dropping by today, I hope that you have fun hopping along with us this month.
Happy Stampin'

Stunning card, Rick! I just love the dimension in this new stampset and the colours you chose are perfect. The DSP is the perfect background.
ReplyDeleteI love your card Rick. Thanks for the sneak peek of To a Wild Rose. I think this will be on my wish list now. Really love the colours you have used.
ReplyDeleteLove the card, I see yellow marigolds. It's bold but not over powering.
